Sometimes the shift begins with a single “Come over.”
And suddenly — the weight lightens.
Today was a good day.
Maybe somewhat unexpectedly,
but welcomed nonetheless.
I finally did it —
I reached out to a dear friend.
“Come over,” he said.
And I knew I needed it.
People who add to your energy field
instead of taking from it —
those are my people.
No — my family.
I let it out.
Not all of it, but enough.
And it was needed.
He didn’t flinch.
He didn’t pick a side.
He just stayed present.
And so did his wife.
And for those few hours,
I felt loved.
Unconditionally, perhaps.
So it doesn’t matter how much
I try to convince myself no one cares —
because they do.
Even when I can’t see it.
So:
Don’t give up.
Push through the hurt.
(Feel it — yes. All of it.)
But keep going.
Move beyond your comfort zone.
Keep doing the thing.
Keep showing up.
Shift your timeline.
Collapse every loop that tries to drag you back into the smallness
you no longer belong to.
Hold the vision.
Remember how far you’ve come.
It’s never too late to choose a different thread.
I love you.
You are not alone.
