🧵 The Thread Between Worlds- Prologue & Foreword: Just Write / The Spiral
Some threads never break — not even across time, not even across worlds.
Welcome to the beginning.
This is a book about becoming — through collapse, through memory, through the quiet moments when everything you thought you were begins to fall away.
It begins, as many stories do, with a fall.
Prologue: Just Write
Just write.
So simple.
Go on then — just write.
Here I stand again —
at an old, familiar crossroads.
A cycle so etched into my bones,
it feels almost holy,
heavier, deeper than before.
I had forgotten what it was like —
to just trust and let go.
To embrace the chaos.
And the insane feeling of falling into the abyss.
Into the Void.
Completely devoid of color.
And so I fall,
not headfirst,
but with both legs stretched toward whatever lies below.
Knowing the Universe has me.
That it will land me perfectly
on my own strong legs.
Yeah, I’ve been here before.
Life has taken me on a full-fledged detour
through every corner of my mind —
and through situations I never saw coming.
Just write.
Why didn’t I just write back then?
So much to tell.
So many details forgotten.
It no longer matters.
Let go.
Close your eyes.
Deep breath.
Every good story begins with a fall.
The Spiral
“Every good story begins with a fall.”
Isn’t that what they say?
To find yourself,
sometimes you have to lose yourself —
several times along the way.
I’ve finally arrived at a truth:
Life isn’t about mistakes.
Or failures.
Life is about experiencing.
All emotions.
All moments.
Each time we spin around this insane cycle of living,
we meet new versions of ourselves.
Overjoyed.
Happy.
Loved.
Thrilled.
(Still spiraling down.)
Angry.
Frustrated.
Anxious.
Alone.
Rageful.
We ride the emotional merry-go-round.
Why do we do this to ourselves?
Why would we willingly choose a life that might be full
of trauma, sadness, loneliness?
Yes, you read that right.
I said willingly choosing a life that is not your dream life.
Did you know —
emotions move through and around the body like a spiral of energy?
Love, joy, and gratitude sit at the tippy top.
But they spiral downward — through apathy, through rage —
all the way to victimhood.
Anger and rage aren’t even the lowest emotions.
Victimhood is.
Despair.
That’s as low as you can possibly go.
I found that fascinating.
In fact, it’s what kickstarted the journey I’m on now.
Because just like you,
I lived most of my life on the lower half of that spiral.
It’s true what they say —
Feel something long enough, it becomes a state of being.
Live in that state long enough, and it becomes a habit.
That habit becomes your personality.
The more I identified with being helpless,
the more I attracted people who fed off that energy.
Yes —
even at the lowest frequency, energy is still energy.
And bottom feeders thrive on low vibes.
This is the story of how I started climbing that spiral.
How I danced with it.
How I fell down and got up again.
How I began moving —
upward — on the path toward purpose and destiny.
